Clancy's Strand, Limerick

Public realm up-grading through the addition of a cantilevered boardwalk structure along northern bank of the River Shannon, implemented as part of the Limerick Riverside Improvement Strategy.

 

The completed scheme provides significantly increased pedestrian space along a narrow section of the Strand, offering panoramic views of the medieval city and an important link in the circular riverside walk.
